We’ve been searching for opportunities outside of Florida and Georgia with the aim to expand our wings in 2025 and slowly offer housing opportunities in other states by doing extensive research and mitigating investment risk. We found an opportunity in Columbus, Ohio in a revitalizing neighborhood. The repairs made to the property also aided in the betterment of the neighborhood and allowed a family to move in shortly after.
